Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Return and Refund Details:

  • You will receive a refund to your original payment method.
  • Customer pays for return shipping, but will be credited back, after the returned product is inspected. 
  • Products must not have been exposed to the elements and shown signs of weathering. Also products must not have been nailed, screwed, or bolted to the dock or property already. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Once items are attached onto a dock they are no longer returnable. This includes nails, screws or bolts.
  • Custom Built-to-Order sizes of gates are not returnable.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, including the cost of return shipping, within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To Start a Return:

Returns are self-service. 

  1. Click the profile icon in our store's menu, or go here.
  2. Log into your account with Swift Slip. If you haven't activated an account yet, enter the email you used to order and you'll receive a verification code from us to log in.
  3. Click "Request Return" for the order you want to return. If your order has more than one item, select the items you want to return. 
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click "Request Return" and following shipping instructions to pay for return shipping and print the label. You will be credited for your return shipping once we receive your item and inspect it to ensure it meets return requirements.
